基于试卷分析结果的《护理学基础》课程教学思考

摘要:

目的 分析护理本科学生《护理学基础》期末考试试卷,为进一步深化教学改革,提高教学质量提供依据。方 法 选择某年级 80 名护理专业 4 年制本科学生期末考试试卷进行统计分析。结果 学生考试成绩为(72.04 ±11.18)分,呈正偏 态分布,试卷客观题的难度和区分度分别为 0.69 和 0.23,非客观题的难度和区分度分别为 0.72 和 0.27,试卷的结构效度为 0.23, 信度为 0.71。结论 本套考试试卷的效度、信度较好,区分度较好,但试卷的难度整体偏大,需适当易化,且个别试题的区分 度欠佳,需进一步完善和修订。后续还需积极推进教学方法及考试改革,以进一步加强学生临床思维和评判性思维能力培养。

Objective To analyze the end-of-term examination papers for the course Basic Nursing Science in undergraduate nursing students, so as to provide evidence for deepening teaching reform and improving teaching quality. Methods The examination papers from 80 undergraduate nursing students with a 4-year curriculum at the same grade were statistically analyzed. Results The examination scores were 72.04±11.18, showing a positive-skew distribution. The difficulty degree and discrimination index were 0.69 and 0.23 for the objective test questions and 0.72 and 0.27 for non-objective test questions, respectively. The structural validity was 0.23 and the reliability was 0.71. Conclusion The validity and reliability of the examination papers are good, along with gooddiscrimination. However, the difficulty degree is relatively high and needs to be reduced appropriately. The discrimination is poor fora few test questions and needs to be further revised and optimized. It is important to actively promote reform on teaching methods and examination design, so as to further strengthen the clinical thinking and critical thinking of the nursing students.
