目的 了解临床医学生就业意向的情况和特点，并结合新一轮医药卫生体制改革的要求探讨临床医学培养模式 及存在问题，以期为培养高素质的医疗卫生人才提供参考依据。方法 将某医学院临床医学专业学生作为调查对象，以问卷 调查和个别访谈方式为主，针对 448 名在校临床医学生、242 名已毕业的临床医学生进行了深入调查。结果 在校医学生中， 73.2% 的学生对目前就业形势及政策缺乏了解，77.5% 的同学选择将来考取研究生或在大医院工作;已毕业医学生中，随着 住院医师规范化培训制度的实施，选择直接就业的人有所减少，其中在基层就业的仅占 7.9%，67.4% 的人选择考取研究生， 21.3% 的人参加医师规范化培训。结论 本科阶段医学生缺少职业规划教育，缺乏对就业形势与政策的了解。考取研究生仍为 目前本科医学生的主要去向，越来越多的人选择参加住院医师规范化培训，但总体比例仍然较低，难以满足国家计划和要求。

Objective To investigate employment intention and situation among undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine and the training mode and its problems based on the requirements of new medical system reform, in an attempt to provide evidence for the training of high-quality medical talents. Methods Undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in a medical college were invited to participate in this survey. A total of 448 on-campus students and 242 recent graduates were surveyed through questionnaires or interviews. Results Up to 73.2% of the on-campus students lacked adequate knowledge about the current employment situation and policies, and 77.5% selected to pursue for graduate studies or work in a large hospital. Among the recent graduates, the number of people who chose direct employment has decreased with the implementation of standardized training system for residents; only 7.9% of the graduates worked in grass-roots institutions, 67.4% chose to attend the national graduate entrance examination, and 21.3% attended the standardized training for doctors. Conclusion Undergraduate medical students lack education on career planning and have limited knowledge about current employment situation and policies. Attending the national graduate entrance examination remains a main objective for undergraduate medical students. While more graduates are planning to attend the standardized training of residents, the proportion remains low and can not meet the national plans and requirements.
