近年国家大力鼓励“互联网 + 医疗健康”发展，旨在通过让数据多跑路，让患者少跑腿，通过互联网等技术工 具切实解决人民群众看病就医中的突出问题，提升医疗服务均等化水平。互联网 + 医疗健康的发展，要以医疗健康信息为重 要基础，但目前我国医疗健康信息存在不完整和碎片化、共享机制不健全、信息管理成本剧增等问题，亟待技术创新突破。区 块链技术是一种公共记账的机制，因具有去中心化、去信用化、分布式和开放性等特点，其在医疗健康领域的应用前景被广泛 看好。文章以促进“互联网 + 医疗健康”发展为背景，在深入思考我国医疗健康信息现存问题的基础上，讨论了区块链技术 在医疗健康领域的应用，对其在医疗健康数据集成和安全共享、加强医疗质量监管、支撑临床科研等方面的应用提供了可行建议。

“Internet Plus healthcare” has been highly recommended in China in recent years. It aims to address the accessibility and equity of medical services by the wider application of Internet technology. The development of “Internet Plus health care” should be based on medical and health information. However, medical and health information in China is still confronted with many problems such as incomplete and fragmented health information, inadequate sharing mechanisms, and dramatic increases in information management costs, which require urgent resolutions through technological innovation. Blockchain technology (BT) represents a public accounting mechanism and has been regarded as a promising technology in medical and health field due to its characteristics including decentralization, decreditization, distributedness, and openness. Aimed at development of “Internet Plus healthcare” and based on the existing problems in the healthcare information, this article discusses the applications of BT in the healthcare field, and proposed suggestions about BT application in achieving the integration and safe sharing of medical and healthcare data, enhancing monitoring and management of medical service quality, and providing support to clinical research.
