摘要:

目的 比较分析医院托管前后住院患者满意度的关键驱动因素,发现医院托管前后明显改进的优势环节以及未 得到改善、依然滞后的弱势环节,为全面评价托管效果提供参考依据。方法 对宁夏银川市某医院患者发放满意度调查问卷, 使用重要性矩阵分析方法,明确患者满意度的关键驱动因素。 结果 实施托管后银川市某医院在征求患者意见、医护人员态 度、确诊时间、病房干净程度 4 个条目具备优势;处于弱势的是药品费用、医护人员耐心、等候时间 3 个条目,其中等候时 间托管前后均处于劣势。结论 银川市某医院托管后满意度得分高于托管前,托管取得了一定成效;药品费用、医护人员耐心、 等候时间这 3 个条目对住院患者满意度影响相对较大,但患者满意度评价又相对较低,是住院患者满意度的关键驱动因素, 提示在今后的托管改革工作中需要重点关注和改进。

英文摘要:

Objective To analyze the key drivers of inpatient satisfaction before and after trusteeship of a public hospital in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and identify the remarkably improved elements after trusteeship and the non-improved and inferior elements so as to provide evidence for evaluating the effectiveness of the trusteeship. Methods Inpatients in a hospital in Yinchuan, capital city of Ningxia, were surveyed with a satisfaction questionnaire. The importance matrix analysis method was used to identify the key drivers of patient satisfaction. Results After the trusteeship, the hospital was advantageous in four items including acquiring patients' feedback, attitude of medical staff, time to establish a diagnosis, and ward cleanliness. The disadvantages were found in three items: drug cost, patience of medical staff, and waiting time. Notably, the waiting time was a weak item both before and after the trusteeship. Conclusion Inpatient satisfaction has increased after the hospital trusteeship. Drug cost, patience of medical staff, and waiting time are major influencing factors for inpatient satisfaction. They are the key drivers of inpatient satisfaction and need to be further improved in future trusteeship reform.
